Can i cancel a cab ride?
You have two minutes after the driver accepts your request to cancel. If you cancel after that period, you are charged a $6 cancellation fee to compensate the driver for the time and fuel he or she spent trying to pick you up.
Why do I need to enter my mobile phone number?
Flywheel requires your phone number so that drivers may contact you directly if they cannot find you or to confirm your pickup location or any special requests. We mask all telephone numbers: your personal number is never given to drivers.
Why do I need to enter my credit card?
Your credit card is used to pay for your cab ride. At the end of the ride, you simply walk out of the cab and your card is charged. You never need to hand cash or a credit card to a driver again!
How does tipping work?
While you are in the cab, you can choose a tip percentage, or enter a dollar amount. At the end of the ride, your tip selection is automatically applied and charged to your card along with the metered fare and the service fee.
If you don’t change the tip amount, we apply a 20% tip by default.
