Check Out What’s New in the Flywheel Driver Portal!

I know we spend a lot of our time here reaching out to riders, but we also want to help our drivers navigate features just for them.

Today we are taking a look at the updated Flywheel Driver Portal, including how to register if you are a new user and a run down of the helpful features.

What is the Flywheel Driver Portal?

This is where a driver can find all the information on their Flywheel rides, as well as other helpful information. We will dive into some of the specific features later in the post, but first, we will explain how new users can get into the portal.

How do I Register for the Flywheel Portal?

First, you need to visit the Flywheel Portal. You can get to the Driver Portal by clicking here, or by copying the following URL into Safari, Internet Explorer or Chrome browsers: https://portal.flywheel.com/fmi/webd#Portal

Follow the steps below to register

When you first enter the portal you will see ‘Portal Login’ and a drop down menu. Select ‘Driver’ from this drop-down menu. You will then see three options under Driver. Select ‘Register’ as seen in the arrow above.

To register you will need to enter your phone number and your Flywheel app PIN. Once you have entered this information an SMS will be sent to your phone with a secret code you will enter to verify your identity.

Once your identity has been verified you will enter your email and pick a password. The email will be your Flywheel Username for future logins.

What Can I Do in the Flywheel Driver Portal?

There are four main functions in the Flywheel Driver Portal that will help you keep track of your rides and earnings.

The welcome screen shows you all your account information including name, phone number, Driver ID and PIN.

There is also a tab called ‘Settlements’ that will show you all your settlements, grouped by day for the past year. You can break out each day’s settlements into the individual rides you took, displaying pick up location, total fare, and flywheel fees paid. If you are using Flywheel TaxiOS you will also see the distance and duration of each trip.

In the ‘Ride’ Tab you will find the details of all the rides you’ve taken in the past day or past week.

Lastly, you can view your ‘Payment Info’ on file with your Dispatch or Flywheel Support. If your payment information is incorrect you can contact your dispatch or Flywheel at drivers@Flywheel.com.
