Cancellation

The Flywheel cancellation policy ensures a fair, efficient, and reliable experience for both passengers and drivers.

Passenger Cancellations

  • After the driver accepts your request, you have 2 minutes to cancel without being charged a cancellation fee.

  • We will waive the fee if the driver is more than 3 minutes late based on the initial ETA.

  • If you cancel in any other case where the driver is not at fault, you will be charged a $6 cancellation fee.

  • We charge this fee to help compensate the driver for the time and fuel he or she has already spent to pick you up.

  • If you feel you were mistakenly charged this fee, please contact us and our customer service team will respond as soon as possible.

Passenger No-Show Fee

  • Your driver must wait at the pickup location for 3 minutes before marking you as a no-show. After that, you will be charged a $6 no-show fee.

  • If you feel you were mistakenly marked as a no-show, please contact us and our customer service team will respond as soon as possible.

Driver Cancellations

  • If a driver cancels more than once, he or she will be removed from the Flywheel system for a period of time.

  • If a driver cancels excessively, or otherwise does not meet Flywheel’s standard of customer service, they are removed from the system permanently.
