  • You will maintain a valid policy of liability insurance (in coverage amounts consistent with all applicable legal requirements) for the operation of your taxi vehicle and the provision of transportation services to your Passengers.

  • You will be solely responsible for any and all liability that results from or is alleged to have occurred as a result of the operation of your taxi vehicle, including personal injury, death and property damage.

  • You will be solely responsible for compliance with any applicable statutory or department of motor vehicles requirements, and for all necessary contacts with your insurance carrier, in the event of an accident in which you are involved.

  • You will obey all laws related to the operation of your taxi vehicle and the provision of transportation services to your Passengers, and will be solely responsible for any violation of such laws.

  • You will only accept your Passengers using the taxi vehicle that has been registered by your Fleet Operator and reported to Flywheel.

  • You will be kind and courteous to your Passengers, and you will not discriminate or harass anyone on the basis of race, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, age, sexual orientation or for any other reason.

  • You will not use alcohol or drugs while operating your taxi vehicle.

  • You will ensure that you are medically fit to operate your taxi vehicle and provide transportation services to your Passengers in accordance with applicable law.

  • You will not make any misrepresentation regarding Flywheel, the Flywheel Service or your status with Flywheel, or engage in any other activity that is inconsistent or conflicts with your obligations under your Driver Agreement and these Rules.
